If you see the game in the taskbar and can't get the window to appear, right-click the game in the taskbar and choose "Move" and then use your mouse to get the window to appear. Or, right-click "winemaker.exe" and go to Properties, Compatibility tab, and check off "Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution".
